What is VtuHive?

VtuHive is a marketplace for airtime, data, cable TV, electricity and exam pins in Nigeria. Instead of one fixed price, you see several sellers for the same product, compare their prices and ratings, and buy from the one you like.

How fast is delivery?

Orders are sent to the seller's provider the moment you pay, and most land within seconds. If a delivery is slow, the order page keeps updating by itself until it is confirmed.

How do I pay?

You fund your VtuHive wallet by bank transfer to your own personal account number from any Nigerian bank app. When you buy, the amount is taken from your wallet, so there are no card forms at checkout.

What happens if my order fails?

If a seller's provider cannot deliver, your money is returned to your wallet automatically. We never refund an order until the provider has given a definite answer, so you are not charged twice or refunded for something that was delivered.

Can I report a problem with a delivered order?

Yes. For 24 hours after delivery you can report a problem from the order page. The seller can respond, our team reviews it, and if you are right the refund is taken from the seller's earnings.

How do I know a seller is trustworthy?

Every seller is verified with a BVN or NIN and a selfie before they can sell. Each offer shows the seller's name, a Trusted seller or New seller tag, their delivery rate and buyer ratings once they have enough orders.

Do I pay any extra fees?

You pay the price shown on the seller's offer. The platform fee is paid by the seller out of their sale, not added on top for you.

Which networks and products are available?

You can find airtime and data for MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile, plus cable TV, electricity and exam pins as sellers list them. Every data plan shows its size, validity and plan type, such as SME, Gifting or Corporate Gifting, with a short explanation of what that type means.

Can I sell on VtuHive?
